I recently resigned from the corporate life after 25+ years, and took a blind leap of faith to combine two of my passions: writing and traveling.
I’m a former hockey mom midway through my third year as an emptynester, and am excited to share how traveling experiences can help other emptynesters rediscover that they (may) still like each other. 😄
I also believe in the value of friendships so will share stories on affordable girlfriend getaways (on a teacher’s salary as many of my friends are educators – or have kids in college – who have more time than money).
Additionally, I’ll share family getaways and solo travel tips, as well as more general lifestyle posts like my quest for the best adult mac and cheese, my mini dachshund Romeo, travel tips, reading challenge update (#52booksin52weeks), movies, concerts and my WIP novels.
